Invenio Interview

I am Deepak Choudhary, final year ECE undergraduate at NIT Sikkim. I got selected in Invenio through the campus placement drive. Below is my complete experience for the recruitment at Invenio for the post of SAP Trainee Consultant (SAP Technical).
Total No of Rounds: 5

CGPA Criteria: Minimum of 60%.

  1. Aptitude Test
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Technical Interview Level 1
  4. Technical Interview Level 2
  5. HR Interview

  1. Aptitude Test:

    • Total Duration was 1 hour.
    • No Webcam
    • Most Question was previous year CAT Questions.

  2. Group Discussion:

    • Topic - Women are better Multitasker.
    • During GD You have to tell only positive points. Never use negligence statement.

  3. Technical Interview 1(average ~ 30 minutes )

    • Joins in SQL
    • 3rd Greatest Salary of Employee Table
    • List and Tuples in python
    • Decorators in Python
    • Rate yourself in python out of 5
    • Local Variable and Global Variable
    • Questions related to project
    • Some more basic question
    • Tip: If you are not able to answer directly say, I don’t know and tell I will learn it.

  4. Technical Interview 2 (average ~ 30 minutes)

    • About Internship
    • About Project
    • What Problem you have faced during the project and how you rectified it?
    • When you got stucked at any point while doing coding/project what you do to solve the error?
    • Why ECE department?
    • Are you happy to work with New Technologies?
    • Will you work in Java?

  5. HR Interview (average ~ 30 minutes)

    • Introduction
    • Strength and Weakness with one example
    • Why Invenio?
    • Why ECE?
    • What is SAP/ERP?
    • What if we ask you to work in new technologies?
    • Where are you from?
    • Family details
    • What do you know about invenio?
    • what do you do in free time.
    • What are your future goals.
      Ans: I told that for next 5 years I am going to do an a job and after that I may think of Entrepreneurship.
    • They asked me that any idea for the same.
